It’s that time of year, time for the Community Fair. The Fair is on Saturday, September 27th, from 10am - 3pm. Please take a moment to look through all of the information.
First and foremost we need Volunteers. We ask that every family commit to working at least an hour at the fair (Dads can volunteer as well, or Grandparents, neighbors). For volunteers that work for 2 or more hours, we offer a free lunch. We will allow students, 4th Grade and up to work the games. Volunteer Sign Up Permission Slip for Student Volunteers
Second, we are asking for donations to help with the purchase of food. In the past we had asked for drinks to be donated. We were able to get some drinks donated, but needed to purchase more perishable items, so we are asking for a monetary donation instead. Donation Form
Third is the sheet for the presale of tickets and wristbands. The presale is offered at a lower price than what is sold the day of the fair. This year for the first time, we are offering all presale items online at MySchoolBucks.com, where you can use a credit or debit card. This is the same online system used for lunch money, so many should already be set up with an account. Click on the “School Store” tab, then “Featured Items” to find the items for the Fair.
