The PTO needs your help. There are MANY activities scheduled for next year that do not have a chair person to coordinate. The biggest of these vacant positions is the Community Fair Chair Person. Unless we are able to find someone to chair the Community Fair planned for the fall of 2013, we anticipate being unable to provide many of our sponsored activities for the 2013/14 school year, as well as donations to various school-related programs and much more. Without the Community Fair, we will not have funds available to provide these services.
A meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th at 6:30 in the CES Cafeteria to discuss the future of the Fair and ways to freshen up some of the activities. We have some great ideas about ways to redesign it, but we still need a chair to coordinate. Please come and see what it’s all about....maybe you will find a co chair person to work with, or just have some other great suggestions. Free childcare will be provided for the meeting.
Time is running out. The Chair to the Fair is a big job, but “many hands make light work” and as a chair, you will coordinate and organize many other wonderful volunteers who will be there to help.
Please see the list of vacant chair positions here, or in the CES lobby at the PTO table. There are multiple events awaiting your expertise and assistance for the fall. We will be unable to continue with our various programs without your help.
For more information on chairing the fair or any of the events scheduled for the 2013-2014 school year, please contact Susan Clickner at seclickner@gmail.com Thank you!!!
